my story2

One of my friends is very similar as me. Her identity card number is almost same except the last number; mine is 1 and hers is 0. Also, her English name is Mickey and my English name is Amy, so we can connect our name like Amickey. To our surprise, her father and my father graduated same university. Like this we have so many similarities each other, but there are also differences between us.

First, she believes in Christianity, but my religion is Buddhism.  Whenever we talk about the religions, we always collapse and argue about which god is much better.  She really tries to change my faith.

Second, she doesn’t like to go pub, instead of liking to go café. Of course, I like going cafe, sometimes I want to go bar and club, but she wants to go back to home earlier, so when we meet, we always go to café. However, strangely, she could drink alcohol far better than me.  I can’t drink more than three glasses of beer, but I think she is able to drink more than three bottles of beer.

Finally, I like puppy, but she likes kitty. Funnily enough, she looks like a cat, and I look like a dog. So, some of people make a nickname cats and dogs. I think our behaviors also take after the animals’

We have many commons and differences, but we are close friends, and we call us the relation of made by god. I really like her, and maybe she likes me. I would like to go on our relation forever.

my story.

I always take a number 153bus to go to a school, and it actually takes around 15minutes to get arrived the cal state fullerton. Once missing the bus, I have to wait another bus for an hour. As I first tried to take the bus since I've come here, I didn't know the exact bus time and system well, so I used to wait about 2~3 hours and pay more dollars.

Contrary to the Korea transportation system, the orange county transportation system is much worse. In Korea, the time of coming next bus is within 20 minutes; the maximum time I have to wait is just 20minutes. When I was in Korea, I would complain about my bus time, because my friends' bus comes every 5 minutes, but it is common in here waiting an hour.

I heard that the poor transportation system of Orange county is because everyboby has a car so they don't need to take a bus. However, considering the other side of this case, they have to use the car because of poor bus system. Jessica who is my homestay family has a car, and she always drives her car to go to school. One day, her car is broken, and she had to take the bus with me, but after using the bus, she is really pleased and always take the bus from that time.

There are lots of beautiful place in LA and Orange County. Unless the LA, and Orange County transportation authority improve the bus system, it will be very inconvient for citizen and international student like me.
